UST is seeking a Data Entry Clerk for remote Canada operations. The role focuses on maintaining and validating a real estate database and supporting clients transitioning to a cloud-based portal.

You will work with French and English-speaking customers across Canada, utilizing Google Workspace and Excel, and troubleshooting platform issues. This position emphasizes data integrity, customer service excellence, and the ability to handle multiple inquiries while learning new technologies.

Formación

• Intermediate to advanced French language proficiency is required.
• Bilingual French-English communication skills strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in customer-facing, customer service, or client support roles.
• Experience assisting customers with software, web-based applications, or cloud-based platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable learning and supporting new technology platforms.
• Incumbent will support clients outside Quebec, including across Canada; English required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a database by associating real estate transactions.
• Validate received data and make corrections when necessary.
• Process special cases that cannot be automated.
• Maintain data entry requirements by following data management techniques and procedures.
• Provide customer support to French and English-speaking clients during their transition to a new cloud-based portal.
• Guide customers in navigating the portal and using its features effectively.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and assist users in accessing or navigating the system.
• Deliver a positive customer experience through professional and effective communication.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams when required.
