CIRO is seeking a Membership Services Coordinator in Canada to support industry stakeholders including investment dealers, mutual fund dealers, and marketplaces within the Corporate Strategy and Member Services team.

The role involves handling inquiries, preparing communications, maintaining member records, supporting events, and generating reports. A bilingual English/French background and a post-secondary degree are required.

• General knowledge of the Canadian securities industry.

Responsabilidades

• Receives inquiries from industry stakeholders and responds in a timely manner.
• Prepares and distributes Member communications and surveys.
• Assists in maintaining Member records.
• Assists in administration of the Mutual Fund Dealer Continuing Members Only system.
• Supports coordination of CIRO events.
• Supports corporate strategy and member services initiatives as required.
• Prepares the Advisor Update (biweekly) with Corporate Communications.
• Assists with annual bulletin reporting on exemptions granted by CIRO.
• Supports scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking on projects.
• Generates monthly and ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
