Qualifikationen

• Bilingual in English and French.
• Post-secondary degree.
• General knowledge and understanding of the Canadian securities industry.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders and internal partners.
• Strong administrative execution skills: organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Strong writing skills for internal and external communications.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to triage, coordinate, and deliver in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Receives inquiries and requests from industry stakeholders and responds on a timely basis.
• Prepares and distributes Member communications and surveys.
• Assists in maintaining Member records.
• Assists in administration of the Mutual Fund Dealer Continuing Members Only system.
• Supports the planning and coordination of CIRO events.
• Supports corporate strategy and member services initiatives as required from time to time
• Prepares the Advisor Update (biweekly) and collaborates with Corporate Communications and Public Affairs.
• Assists with the preparation of the annual bulletin reporting on exemptions granted by CIRO.
• Supports scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking on several projects; facilitates distribution of broadcast emails for the MS team and other departments.
• Generates monthly and ad hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
