Roles and Responsibilities:

QA Inspector

*Bilingual*

*Experience Required*

1st or 2nd shift available

Main functions:

The QA Inspector is responsible for testing and inspecting products. The QA Inspector will also handle quality tasks including review of documentation, incoming inspections, and support during audits.

Duties:

• Operate in a 21 CFR 820 regulated manufacturing facility under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Receive materials and test them for conformance to specifications.
• Resolve non-conformances through the Quality System.
• Test and inspect products using manufacturing and quality control procedures from batch record initiation through completed record filing.
• Maintain equipment, calibration, and maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished products to meet demand.
• Perform assigned projects.

Required Skills and Attributes:

Ability to take measurements, perform testing, and conduct visual inspections of parts.

Must be able to lift, push, pull objects, and carry up to 50 pounds.

Attention to detail and ability to follow directions.

Technical problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
