JOB SUMMARY

TheBilingual QA Coordinatoris responsible for assisting in maintaining regulatory compliance of complaints for Medline branded and distributed products sold by Medline Canada.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Log all quality complaints (EN/FR) into the SAP Complaint Module and acknowledge the customer/account. This includes gathering all pertinent information that is required to log the complaint into the system and assigning the complaint to the appropriate QA team member.
  • Issue call tags or request Customer Service to issue return goods authorizations (RGAs) to retrieve the complaint samples, and when applicable request credits/replacements to be issued to the customer.
  • Follow-up with the customer/account on all pertinent information requests and call tags/RGAs issued as required by Medline Canada QMS procedures.
  • Assist with sending a final closing email or letter to the customer summarizing the complaint and investigation results.
  • Translating (i.e., EN -> FR; FR-> EN) complaint details, inquiries, and complaint investigations into the SAP system and emails/letters for customers/accounts
  • Flag and escalate reportable incidents to the appropriate QARA team members.
  • Assist with product recall processing when requested– including but not limited to: compile list of customers affected, notifying customers, and tracking customer recall responses.
  • Assist Manager, Quality Assurance and Sr Dir., QARA with other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a Medical Device / ISO or Pharmaceutical GMP environment in quality assurance or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to process all relevant details, understand and prioritize their importance and draw clear and concise conclusions.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and customer satisfaction.
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office [i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel], experience with SAP and AS400 is an asset).

Bilingual in English and French is required due to the scope of the role.
