Rhapsody Property Management Services in Ottawa/Gatineau is seeking a Bilingual Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team, ensuring property readiness and resident satisfaction. You will report to the Operations Manager and oversee PDIs, defect tracking, and turnover for residential units.

Formación

• Fluency in English and French required.
• 7+ years of maintenance or related experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.

Responsabilidades

• Manage maintenance and property readiness across the property.
• Supervise Assistant Supervisors and Technicians, assign and review work.
• Conduct PDIs and verify quality, readiness, and turnover.
• Record deficiencies and actions in ACC and other systems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support occupancy, turnover, and plans.
• Oversee on-call maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance.
• Maintain records of inspections, turnover activities, and issues.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, WHMIS, AODA, HR requirements.
