Dean Group in Montreal is seeking a bilingual Onboarding Specialist to join our private wealth team. You will guide new clients through onboarding, prepare and process documents, and build strong relationships to ensure a positive customer experience.

Fluent in French and English, recent graduate with CSC, you will collaborate with internal teams and develop valuable client service, operations, and relationship-management skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Recent university or college graduate with 1-3 years in financial services.
• Completion of the CSC
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Guide new clients through the onboarding process.
• Prepare and process client documentation, including account applications and transfer requests.
• Build strong relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Answer questions and provide support in both French and English.
• Collaborate with internal teams to help clients get set up for success.
• Learn valuable customer success, operations, and relationship management skills.
