Job summary

Aviso Wealth is seeking a bilingual Onboarding Officer to join our Partner and Client Onboarding team in Canada. You will manage all aspects of advisor onboarding, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to service levels.

You will collaborate across departments, update dashboards, and support platform transitions, with occasional travel. You will work in a fast-paced environment, using Dataphile and MS Office to guide advisors through procedures and forms, and you will help ensure

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years in the financial industry, preferably in Operations or a Service Center.
• CSC is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail.
• Experience with process improvement and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Dataphile is an asset.
• Bilingual in French is required; English is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Advisors and ensure smooth onboarding; ask questions to clarify requirements.
• Provide guidance on procedures, forms, and practices within the Dataphile system to ensure successful onboarding.
• Serve as subject matter expert for the Onboard Team.
• Collaborate with internal operations to ensure timely onboarding and issue resolution.
• Update Onboarding Dashboard weekly to monitor Advisor progress.
• Maintain account information and ensure CRA/IRS residency documentation compliance.
• Support platform transitions, offboarding, and other partner needs; occasional travel.
