Job summary

Dean Group in Montreal is seeking a bilingual Onboarding Specialist to join the private wealth team. You will guide new clients through onboarding and prepare documentation, with a clear path to becoming a Wealth Advisor. This role offers a base salary of 60-70k, plus bonus, RRSP, and benefits from day one. Two onsite days per week in Montreal. Ideal candidates are recent graduates with CSC certification and fluency in French and English, who are organized and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• University or college graduate with 1–3 years in financial services.
• Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
• Completion of the CSC certification.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Guide new clients through onboarding for private wealth.
• Prepare and process client documentation and transfer requests.
• Build relationships and ensure a positive client experience.
• Provide bilingual support in French and English.
• Collaborate with internal teams to set up clients for success.
• Develop customer success and relationship-management skills.
