Job summary

LeverageTek Staffing Solutions in Ottawa, ON is seeking a Bilingual Power BI Report and Dashboard Developer for a contract through April 30, 2027. The role is hybrid in Ottawa and requires a laptop and VPN access.

You will design bilingual semantic models and reports for executives, promote self-service analytics with governance, and ensure data quality and security. Fluency in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years designing bilingual semantic models and Power BI reports.
• Experience using multilingual Power BI design patterns (Field Parameters, translated metadata, language selection).
• Fluent in English and French; able to communicate with bilingual stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver bilingual Power BI reports and dashboards for executives and managers.
• Promote self-service analytics with governance controls.
• Develop BI projects and assess feasibility and impact.
• Perform data quality reviews and integration testing.
• Diagnose, debug and monitor data solutions; ensure performance.
• Define security configurations for data domains and coordinate with security teams.
• Maintain documentation and ensure QA on changes.
• Create BRDs and technical/process documentation.
• Support knowledge transfer and continuous analytics improvement.
