The Opportunity :
As a key member of the newly established People & Culture (P&C) Operations team, the P&C Operations Coordinator will manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees. This role is responsible for executing end-to-end processes with accuracy and efficiency, contributing to a consistent and positive employee experience.The Coordinator will also support continuous improvement initiatives and help streamline workflows across teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate in a dynamic, evolving environment where cross-training, flexibility, and a service-oriented mindset are essential to success.

Education :
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field — or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requirements :
2+ years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, or a shared services environment.
Comfortable using HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG) and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Jobvite).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Clear, professional communication skills to engage effectively with employees and stakeholders across regions.
Familiarity with onboarding and termination compliance requirements in North America is an asset.
A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a practical approach to problem-solving.
Passionate about continuous improvement and open to learning new tools, systems, and ways of working.
Bilingual in English and French Required
Available for a 6-month term beginning on or around May.
