Haventree Bank in Canada is seeking a Bilingual Mortgage Operations Specialist (Fulfilment Officer) to support Originations by processing documents, inputting data accurately, and coordinating with brokers, appraisers, and employers to keep workflows moving smoothly.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication in French and English, and a customer-centric approach to meet SLAs and ensure compliant, timely mortgage fulfillment.

Qualifications

• A college diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of Mortgage Administration/Operations experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; fluent in French and English.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with internal/external stakeholders to finalize documents and meet SLAs.
• Maintains Salesforce dashboards to track deals and document-review timelines.
• Handles and maintains condition management.
• Updates the CRR/AML Score Card regularly.
• Adheres to Bank, policies and AML/ATF procedures.
• Reviews and approves supporting documents per risk appetite.
• Ensures QA, Compliance and Risk queries are addressed timely.
• Performs income document analysis and submits income for Equifax review.
• Analyzes appraisal reports to validate property valuation and compliance.
• Maintains operational excellence and maximizes efficiency with quick turnaround.
