You will work with internal stakeholders and external partners on campaign execution, digital content management, events, and the development of marketing strategies that drive growth.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing or communications.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with website content management systems, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to travel across Western Canada 10-15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute national marketing campaigns and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and consistent messaging across all regions.
• Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and analysis of marketing initiatives.
• Provide marketing support to regional offices across Canada and manage branding across regions.
