Bilingual Manager, Commercial Servicing and Administration

The Role

The Manager, Commercial Servicing and Administration, oversees the department ensuring efficient, compliant service delivery aligned with policies, procedures, and service goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve various advances, discharges, PPSA renewals
  • Support senior management with servicing transactions and remittances
  • Coordinate with syndication team and external parties
  • Ensure follow-up on undertakings and holdbacks
  • Assign tasks, maintain customer service standards, and prepare reports
  • Lead team development, engagement, and promote core values
  • Participate in meetings, projects, and implement new servicing platforms
  • Manage account reconciliations and external communications
  • Assist with reporting and compliance within credit and risk frameworks
Additional Duties
  • Ensure compliance before disbursing funds
  • Support department projects and initiatives
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years mortgage experience, management preferred
  • Expertise in commercial and specialized finance, legal documentation, AML/ATF regulations
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree in accounting
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Athena, PPLUS, and Excel modeling
  • Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Bilingual in French (preferred)
