Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an insurance claims professional to analyze contracts, assess payments, denials, and benefits for Living Benefits claims. You will review information, maintain timely and thorough documentation, and communicate with insured clients in English and French.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least two years of claims handling experience; strong computer skills, confidentiality, and collaborative teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes insurance contracts to ensure provisions are applied correctly.
• Evaluates each claim for appropriateness of payment, denial, calculation of benefits, etc.
• Requests and reviews all necessary information to assess each claim.
• Communicates with the insured routinely to provide statuses and updates as needed.
• Accurately inputs pertinent information into the appropriate claim system and processes in a timely and efficient manner.
• Claim handling should be thorough, understandable and properly documented.
