Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in English and French.
• 2–4 years of banking or financial experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong administrative skills with the ability to meet SLAs.
• Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of MM and FX products (e.g., options, foreign exchange spots/forwards, money market deposits/loans).
• Understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
• KYC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute account freezing and messaging for customers who have passed away, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage daily operational tasks while adhering to SLAs and processing guidelines.
• Refer or elevate operational issues to appropriate partners for resolution.
• Support incoming transactions by validating information and performing necessary adjustments.
• Interact with internal and external partners effectively and in a timely manner.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the team with special projects.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Support adherence to regulations such as Anti-Money Laundering and Business Continuity standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for operational enhancements.

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Bilingual KYC Analyst. This position involves providing operational support through processing transactions, managing accounts, and supporting business services within a collaborative and customer-focused environment. The role offers opportunities for extension and potential conversion, with a supportive team dedicated to delivering high-quality service.

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $29.56/hr
