Transat is evolving and looking for a dynamic person to join its IT and office support team! True to its values of equity, well-being, closeness, and caring for others, Transat is seeking an ideal candidate to assist users with various IT issues while promoting the company's values.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Supporting colleagues on-site and remotely
  • Managing and documenting call logs (ticketing system management)
  • Deploying and configuring software (Office, etc.)
  • Managing and administering users and security
  • Resolving various technical issues
  • Providing quality service to colleagues
  • Creating technical documentation
  • Updating knowledge bases
  • Proposing improvements
  • Deploying computers
Required Profile:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Level 1 IT technician
  • Experience with Windows 7, 10, 11, Citrix, VDI, Azure, Office 365
  • Well-organized and autonomous
  • Fluent in French; functional English (bilingual preferred)
  • Authorized to work in Quebec
Assets:
  • Degree in IT
  • Experience in a service center

The position is on-site at the Pierre-Elliott Trudeau Airport hangar.

*Proficiency in French is required for Quebec-based roles. The position involves frequent communication in English, both oral and written, with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders in Quebec and internationally.
