Job summary

Manulife Investments is seeking a client-focused service professional for the Investment Processing Services team. You will handle complex client requests at first contact, using multiple systems while upholding service standards and accuracy.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work overtime as needed. Bilingual French/English is essential to support clients across jurisdictions, including outside Quebec.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual (French/English) to support clients outside of Quebec.

Responsibilities

• Accurately handle complex client service requests at initial contact using multiple systems within service standards.
• Maintain outlined service levels and productivity standards to measure success.
• Keep current with company policies and processing knowledge.
• Provide support to other areas such as Call Centre, Distributor Services and Technical Support.
