Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Canada Inc. is seeking an Internal Communications professional to support planning, execution and measurement of internal campaigns across regions. The role collaborates with the Canadian or global leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging.

You will draft and edit content for intranet, newsletters and videos, manage multiple priorities, and use SharePoint, Canva and Asana to streamline processes. Bilingual English-French proficiency is required.

In this role, you will help plan and deliver engaging internal communications initiatives aligned with global business objectives, collaborating with teams across regions and functions.

Your Role

• Support the planning, execution and measurement of internal communications initiatives and campaigns
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide day-to-day communications support
• Draft, edit and coordinate content across internal channels such as intranet, newsletters and videos
• Support internal events through logistics coordination and content development
• Maintain and improve communication processes, tools and templates
• Track progress and contribute to reporting on communications activities and performance
• Uphold the company's brand, voice and visual identity for internal audiences

Member of the Canadian or Global Leadership Team

This position requires knowledge of a language other than French, namely English, as it involves collaboration with members of the Canadian or global leadership team located outside Québec.
