Responsibilities

• Respond to sales inquiries from distributors and OEMs (25%).
• Quote pricing, availability, and lead times; stay current on pricing and changes (50%).
• Maintain call reports and coordinate with plants and sales team (10%).
• Follow up on claims and collaborate with plants to resolve issues (10%).
• Coordinate customer mill visits and hospitality (5%).
