Job summary

Air Inuit Ltd. is seeking an organized, bilingual administrative coordinator to support the Integrated Management System (IMS), Quality Assurance, and Safety Management System (SMS).

You will organize meetings, prepare bilingual agendas and minutes, manage SMS databases, and maintain training and compliance records across the safety and quality programs. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain

Qualifications

• Bilingual written and spoken (French/English); Inuktitut is an asset.
• College Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to synthesize information and summarize.
• Ability to analyse and problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the safety management system.
• Assist the Integrated Management System (IMS) and Quality Assurance-Flight Manager.
• Prepare bi-weekly SMS, Operations, and Departmental and monthly SST meeting materials: Invitations; Minutes in English and French.
• Create, update and follow-up on SMS reports in the database; Prepare monthly SMS reports.
• Maintain employee files and IMS training; Update training records.
• Maintain various lists and databases; perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Support team and department according to operational needs.
