What you will do

  • Under supervision of the Area Resource Manager, receive and schedule customer calls for service.
  • Manage technician and mechanic schedules to ensure timely preventative maintenance and meet forecasting goals.
  • Debrief technicians daily, resolving concerns quickly.
  • Partner with the Service Team Manager to ensure timely completion of technical work.
  • Assess team performance and adjust to enhance customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with billing and support coordinators to process completed jobs.

How you will do it

  • This is an onsite position.
  • Handle customer requests for service.
  • Coordinate labor scheduling and communicate action plans to customers.
  • Follow up to ensure work meets expectations.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
  • Debrief activities daily and maintain technician schedules.
  • Update customer account information regularly.
  • Support parts ordering, startup, PO confirmation, WIP management, and other administrative tasks.

Required

  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects with tact and persistence.
  • Ability to prioritize based on financial impact.
  • Influence skills to motivate diverse teams.

Preferred

  • 2-5 years in service industry or scheduling.
  • Associate degree.
  • Experience with project accounting or costing principles.
