Job summary

Hollman, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support approximately 300 employees. This hands-on, on-site role in Irving, Texas, requires fluency in English and Spanish and will oversee onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and HRIS administration.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, including professional HR communication.
• Experience supporting employee relations matters.
• Experience with recruiting and onboarding.
• Experience maintaining confidential employee records and HR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and managers.
• Oversee onboarding from offer to first weeks; prepare new-hire docs.
• Administer benefits, leave, and ADA/ FMLA processes.
• Maintain Paycor and HRIS data; resolve payroll/timekeeping issues.
• Coordinate recruiting for hourly and salaried positions and conduct interviews.
