Bunzl Canada is seeking an HR Generalist to act as a strategic partner across Canadian segments, advising on employee relations, talent management, compliance and organizational development. The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, 5+ years’ progressive HR experience, and fluency in English and French.
The position includes responsibilities from employee relations and leaves to talent management, compliance, and organizational development, with a focus on multi-site coordination
The HR Generalist, will serve as a strategic partner to multiple segments within the Canadian business, providing expert advice and support on a wide range of day-to-day operational functions, including employee relations, talent management, compliance, and organizational development. This incumbent will possess an understanding of HR best practices, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex HR issues.
Salary: $80,000 CAD per year- Salary commensurate with experience
