The Group Benefits Administrator, reporting to Manager, Group Administration is based in our downtown Edmonton location. This is a key role within our organization and is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure efficient workflow. This position also collaborates closely with the development team and is involved in executing quality assurance processes, supporting new client implementations and maintaining a high standard of service for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a technological aptitude, a resourceful nature, and exceptional customer service skills.
