Job Description

Full-time Bilingual French Collections role available! Permanent role with medical & dental benefits! Remote work (may change to hybrid).

Must live in either Ontario, Newfoundland, Labrador, New Brunswick, Alberta, or Saskatchewan.

All applicants must be fluent in French and English. All applicants must have banking or collections experience.

Our Financial Customer Service & Collections Representatives handle inbound and outbound customer interactions while maintaining a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service, sensitivity, and urgency.

Schedule

The position is full-time in North York with a rotational schedule between:

• Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 AM EST
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
• Sunday: 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST

Requirements

• Must speak French
• Must have collections or banking experience
• Quiet workspace at home with high-speed internet
