Responsibilities

About the role:

  • Deliver a positive customer experience by servicing inbound and outbound lease and loan inquiries from consumers, dealerships, internal departments, and third parties.
  • Maintain knowledge of auto financing, contract details, and understand key processes across operational areas to research and resolve inquiries.
  • Evaluate account information, document correspondence, follow procedures, and make sound business decisions.
  • Provide Best In Class service through multi-channel engagement, focusing on brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner proactively with external business partners, Team Leaders, and Managers to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Roles include Dealer Phone Support, End of Term Phone, Customer and Dealer Resolution, and Deficiency Follow-up.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill tasks, contributing to business results and team objectives, directly impacting the company's financial outcomes.

Qualifications

What makes you a dream candidate?

  • Manage timely, accurate responses to multi-channel requests related to Lease & Loan accounts.
  • Experience in interacting with customers and dealers.
  • Ability to evaluate account info, complete administrative tasks, and make sound decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of financial services or banking customer service systems and MS Office.
  • Ability to analyze information for sound decision-making.
  • Excellent customer service, mathematical aptitude, and attention to data entry.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and participate actively in a team.

Experience

  • Secondary School required.
  • Post-secondary education preferred.
  • 2 years of customer service or office environment experience preferred.
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Fluent in French and English.
