Job summary

Manulife is seeking an E-Commerce Control Auditor, Investigation Services to apply Group Benefits knowledge and data analysis to prevent fraud and abuse. The role supports the Manager with investigations and projects, requiring strong communication with internal teams and external regulators.

The position is hybrid in Montréal, with travel and some after-hours work, and requires a bilingual English/French candidate with a university degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (French & English) required to support clients from various jurisdictions.
• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of Group Benefits and Canadian healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk-based data profiling and analysis to identify trends and outliers for investigations.
• Lead and support audit programs; coordinating, assessing, and making decisions on investigations.
• Lead investigations to conclusions including preparation of criminal and regulatory complaints.
• Conduct interviews with plan members, providers of service and others.
• Create written audits and other correspondence to plan members and providers of service.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders across teams and regulators.
• Lead, support and implement key investigative projects.
• Deliver presentations to clients and internal teams.
• Travel is required and occasional outside core hours.
