CIBC in Toronto, ON is hiring a Financial Services Representative fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese to serve clients in a fast-paced banking centre. You will build relationships, assess personal and business goals, and tailor solutions to help clients achieve financial success.

The role requires on-site work, occasional evenings/weekends, and willingness to travel between nearby banking centres. Prior client sales experience and a Mutual Funds License are valued, along with regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• You have current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds in Canada).
• You can demonstrate 1 year experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Banking experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand personal and business priorities and advise on solutions.
• Provide a forward-looking financial plan using cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection.
• Engage in marketing and outreach to grow your network and strengthen client relationships.
• Be flexible to work banking centre hours and travel to multiple centres within a reasonable distance.
