The Multicultural Center in Rantoul, IL is seeking a Bilingual Director (Spanish and English) to lead its Early Learning Center. You’ll mentor a team of 20+ educators, collaborate with families, and drive program excellence in a nurturing environment.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education, DCFS director qualifications, and proven leadership in compliant programs. Strong communication and tech skills are essential, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field (coursework in school administration a plus).
• DCFS Director qualifications for childcare centers are a must.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in early childhood education, with a strong understanding of DCFS regulations.
• A true mentor at heart, excited to support and guide teachers to grow professionally.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management.

• Oversee the heart of the center, guiding teachers, mentoring staff and working with families to create a nurturing, innovative space.
