CAPREIT Apartments is seeking a Disability Management Specialist to support employees on disability leaves, coordinate claims, and implement stay-at-work/return-to-work plans. The Disability Management Specialist plays a key role in supporting employees through occupational and non-occupational disability leaves, with a focus on stay-at-work and return-to-work programs, claims coordination, and workplace accommodations. This role collaborates with employees, managers, insurers, healthcare providers, and benefits partners to ensure a supportive, timely, and compliant disability management experience.
This position requires fluency in both English and French to support employees and managers across CAPREIT with a strong focus on the QC portfolio.
This is a 1-year, part-time, contract position with a minimum requirement of 24 hours per week.
