Job Description

This role may be based in Waterloo, Ottawa, or Northern Ontario. If you are passionate about healthcare and eager to contribute to Canadians' health, this is your opportunity. Responsibilities

1. Manage disability claims to resolution, including determining eligibility for short and long-term disability and salary continuance benefits.
2. Implement interventions to support recovery and return to work.
3. Build strong relationships with clients, including employers and employees.
4. Lead clients during absence and return-to-work periods.
5. Conduct telephone interviews to gather necessary information for claims assessment.
6. Assess medical and non-medical factors influencing disability, including functional capabilities and restrictions.
