Centre dentaire Boucher Levesque Maltais in Dieppe, NB, is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join a family-focused practice. You will prepare treatment rooms, support dentists and hygienists, and ensure patient comfort throughout procedures.

You will take dental X-rays, perform instrument sterilization to IPAC standards, update patient charts, and help with scheduling. A provincial dental assisting license is required or active registration, and teamwork is essential in our modern clinic.

Qualifications

• Registered and/or Licensed as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association.
• Previous dental assisting experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and support dentists and hygienists.

Responsabilités

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures.
• Assist dentists and hygienists during treatments.
• Take dental X-rays and digital images as required.
• Perform instrument sterilization and infection control following IPAC standards.
• Update patient charts and provide education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Support scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks.
