What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Handle incoming and outgoing faxes in a timely manner
  • Organize work schedule to accommodate various shifts across multiple time zones
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or data entry role
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience with SalesForce or a similar CRM system is an asset
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and French (oral and written)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Experience with faxing software (MyFax or Right Fax)
  • Technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education
