Express Scripts Canada is seeking a bilingual customer service representative for its provider call center. The candidate must be able to work up to 35 hours per week, including afternoons, evenings, and occasionally weekends or holidays.
The provider call center acts as an intermediary between healthcare providers and Express Scripts Canada regarding daily claims processing. The representative must embody the company's commitment to accessibility and prompt responses, playing a key role in maintaining service levels and contractual goals.
The work hours are variable, including weekends. The call center operates Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to midnight, and weekends/holidays from 8:00 am to midnight.
This position requires flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Internal candidates should apply before June 9, 2025. Employment is contingent upon obtaining an Enhanced Reliability Clearance from the Federal Government.
