Job Description

Express Scripts Canada is seeking a bilingual customer service representative for its provider call center. The candidate must be able to work up to 35 hours per week, including afternoons, evenings, and occasionally weekends or holidays.

The provider call center acts as an intermediary between healthcare providers and Express Scripts Canada regarding daily claims processing. The representative must embody the company's commitment to accessibility and prompt responses, playing a key role in maintaining service levels and contractual goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond to calls from healthcare professionals.
  • Address inquiries about coverage eligibility and claim procedures.
  • Assess caller needs and provide solutions.
  • Offer accurate, comprehensive, and timely information.
  • Assist providers with electronic claim submissions, providing technical support as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Work Schedule

The work hours are variable, including weekends. The call center operates Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to midnight, and weekends/holidays from 8:00 am to midnight.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and in teams.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and good keyboarding skills.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
Additional Information

This position requires flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Internal candidates should apply before June 9, 2025. Employment is contingent upon obtaining an Enhanced Reliability Clearance from the Federal Government.
