Join us for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative - 12 months Contract - Express Scripts Canada role at Express Scripts Pharmacy Benefit Services.

This position is based in Canada and involves working in our inbound Provider Call Centre, handling inquiries from healthcare providers regarding claims, eligibility, and services.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from healthcare providers.
• Answer questions related to coverage and claims.
• Assess caller needs and provide solutions.
• Provide accurate information promptly and professionally.
• Assist providers with electronic claims submissions as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams.
• Ensure excellent customer service at every interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in MS Office and good keyboarding skills.

Work Schedule

Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Call Centre hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to midnight, and weekends/holidays from 8:00 am to midnight.
