About the Role

Express Scripts Canada is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative for our Provider Call Centre. The role involves handling inquiries from healthcare providers regarding claims, benefits, and electronic submissions. The position requires working up to 35 hours per week, including afternoons, evenings, and occasionally weekends and holidays.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls from healthcare providers
  • Address questions about coverage (dental, pharmacy, medical supplies, vision, mental health) and claims
  • Assess caller needs and provide solutions
  • Offer technical support for electronic claim submissions
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Ensure excellent customer service with every interaction
  • Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or in a team
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency in MS Office and good keyboarding skills
Additional Information

This role requires flexible availability, including weekends. The call centre operates Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to midnight, and weekends/holidays from 8:00 am to midnight.
