An established industry player is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Ottawa to provide exceptional support to Canadian Armed Forces members. This role is centered around delivering high-quality service through direct interactions, ensuring client satisfaction, and resolving inquiries with empathy. Looking for a stable and rewarding job in Ottawa where you can make a real difference every day? This position places you at the heart of customer service, acting as the first point of contact for Canadian Armed Forces members, providing high-quality support related to their relocation programs. Assist them with professionalism and empathy throughout their journey.
Hourly Rate: $20.50/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (with the possibility of working until 8:00 PM as needed).
Paid Training: 3 weeks (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
Contract Type: Full-time, temporary with the possibility of permanent transition.
Location: West downtown Ottawa, easily accessible by public transit (paid parking available).
