Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Start Date: June 16th, 2025
Duration: 12-month contract
Days of Operation: Monday to Friday
Hours of Operation: Availability for 8:30am - 5pm shift OR 10:30am - 7pm shift
Salary: $25/hour
Location: Fully Remote

Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

-Delivering top-tier customer service via phone
-Responding to inbound customer inquiries
-Conducting outbound calls for follow-up purposes
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, promotions, and complaints
-Guiding customers through the application process
-Upholding company policies and standards

Qualifications
To excel in this Bilingual Customer Service Representative role, you possess the following qualifications:

-Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment OR a financial services company
-Prior experience in financial customer service (preferred)
-Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
-Experience with IVR systems an asset
-Ability to work on multiple systems at one time
- High attention to detail
- Quiet office space free from distractions
