This position plays a critical role in ensuring positive client experiences and supporting the operational excellence of a mission-driven organization focused on health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls and emails in both English and French from clients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams
  • Provide accurate product and service information while resolving inquiries efficiently
  • Log interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with departments such as logistics, sales, and clinical teams to deliver seamless service
  • Ensure all actions are compliant with healthcare regulations and company policies
  • Assist in identifying areas for service improvement and contribute to client satisfaction initiatives

Qualifications
