What You Will Do
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to our brokers and insureds
  • Respond to general billing inquiries
  • Process credit card payments and apply them to the policy administration system
  • Manage a large number of incoming calls
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions in the policy administration system
  • Adhere to set communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Who You Are
  • 1-3 years experience in a Call Centre environment and/or Accounts Receivable
  • Post-secondary education in a related field preferred
  • Fluency in French is required
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office skills - particularly Excel
  • Strong problem-solving skills and math skills; demonstrated logic and accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task
