Bilingual Customer Service Broker (Home & Auto Insurance)

What You’ll Do:

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative provides product and service information, resolves member complaints, and assesses risks for automobile and property policies. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Responding to telephone inquiries and written requests, processing changes, assessing risks, and answering account questions.
  2. Resolving product and service problems, clarifying complaints, determining causes, selecting solutions, and following up.
  3. Attracting potential members by answering questions, providing information, and meeting sales objectives.
  4. Processing rewrites and remarketing following guidelines.
  5. Filing and documenting insurance transactions and maintaining rate manuals.
  6. Maintaining logs, reviewing issues, and discussing contentious matters with management.

Let’s Talk About You:

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Ability to communicate in French.
  • A RIBO license or willingness to obtain one within three months.
  • Completion or commitment to complete CIP Principles and Practice, Property 1, and Automobile courses or equivalents.
  • Experience in personal lines automobile and property insurance is an asset.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
