Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist who is highly driven and customer-focused to help us deliver a top-tier retail experience. You will communicate via email, phone, and live chat, serving as the main point of contact for our customers.

If you enjoy engaging with customers and possess excellent customer service and organizational skills, and if you are adaptable, dynamic, and eager to face new challenges, we want to hear from you!

Schedule: 09:15AM - 5:45PM or 12:00PM - 8:30PM EST, various shifts.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in French and English by answering questions and providing product information.
  • Deliver exceptional virtual customer service through phone, email, and live chat, balancing efficiency with friendliness.
  • Respond to post-sale inquiries, follow up on questions regarding orders or deliveries, and resolve issues through proactive communication and de-escalation strategies.
  • Maintain communication with the Customer Experience team to address key issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with courier and warehouse partners daily to ensure smooth order deliveries.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of customer service, retail sales, or a related field.
  • Ability to handle various customer personalities and understand their needs.
  • Proficiency with browser and mobile applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment with high call and email volumes.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and analytical.
  • Committed to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn new tasks.
  • Availability for different shifts, including until 8:30 PM EST.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French.
