Responsibilities

  • Accurately complete data entry for orders via fax, telephone or email.
  • Receive and process Customer Service calls professionally.
  • Ensure effective, courteous communication with all clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries ensuring effective resolution.
  • Work closely with Customer Service Manager on process improvements.
