Job description

Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is looking for a Bilingual Client Care Representative to join their call center team on a contract basis.

The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following duties :

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers regarding employee healthcare benefits inquiries
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding with all customers to ensure they have an exceptional experience
  • Utilize internal systems to access and update customer information
  • Collaborate with team members to create an efficient workplace environment

Qualified candidates will possess the following skills and experience :

  • 1 year of relevant call center or healthcare experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Proficient with technology, such as MS Office and CRM systems

OTHER :

  • This position is 100% remote with equipment provided
  • Must be available to work Monday - Sunday between 6 : 30am - 12 : 00am EST for rotating shifts
  • There will be shift premiums for working evening and weekend shifts.
