Bilingual Call Centre Representative (English/French)

Overview

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Call Centre Operations, the Bilingual Call Centre Representative is responsible for handling all prospective and current Resident telephone and email inquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

1. Relationship Development: Develop and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure proactive and timely resolution of all Resident inquiries.
2. Customer Service: Handle all Resident inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and courteously. Maintain high standards of professionalism aligned with Centurion’s Vision, Mission, and Values. Promote community spirit.
3. Ongoing Operations: Answer inquiries, organize visitor appointments, manage Leads and Wait Lists using Lead Managing, update apartment postings online, and follow up with prospective Residents. Complete reports and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Passion for excellent customer service and motivation.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience in retail or similar environments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Proficiency in typing and computer skills.
• Fluent bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken; an assessment will verify language proficiency.
