Job summary

TechBiz Global is actively seeking a bilingual Business Analyst to join a client team. You will collaborate with clients and tech teams to analyze problems, document requirements, and support QA/UAT. The role requires English and Spanish fluency and a strong insurance background.

Work remotely with Eastern Time business hours. Expect involvement in agile processes, user stories, testing, and mentoring colleagues while contributing to project estimations and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, IT or related field.
• Experience in insurance industry required (health insurance or Insurtech preferred).
• Health insurance certifications (INS/LOMA/III) a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish fluent.
• Experience with a tech vendor serving insurance clients preferred.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities
