What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a liaison for client inquiries related to group insurance plans
- Review and analyze benefit plan contracts and update client information
- Prepare financial information for benefit plan renewals and proposals
- Coordinate with internal administrators and insurance providers on client plans
- Organize communication and administration packages for plan members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- New graduates and/or 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary education
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn internal software quickly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Related courses in group benefits (CEBS)
- Experience at the analyst level in group benefits
