MNP is seeking a skilled Benefits Advisor to join the National Human Capital - Benefits team. You will develop, advise and facilitate comprehensive health, wellness, benefits and rewards programs, acting as a trusted advisor across the firm.

In this bilingual role (French/English), you will support team members, manage inquiries, coordinate campaigns, and contribute to annual enrollment while working with external vendors and internal partners to deliver high-quality service.

Competenze

• Written and verbal English and French language skills required.
• At least four years of progressive experience in group benefits, including absence and leave case management.
• Completion of Group Benefits Associate (GBA) 1 or 2 considered an asset.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with sound judgment and accuracy.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams and external partners.

Mansioni

• Provide bilingual (French/English) support to Team Members on benefits and retirement programs.
• Partner with external vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery and SLA alignment.
• Draft, translate, and publish benefits communications in French and English.
• Collaborate on seasonal campaigns and program launches.
• Manage and maintain SharePoint content for benefits resources.
• Support benefits analyses and M&A integration planning.
• Handle inquiries via ServiceNow with triage and escalation as needed.
• Coordinate monthly invoicing and remittance activities with Finance.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update programs accordingly.
