PBS is seeking a DTO Bilingual Trainer – Sales to deliver expert training and support for the Sales module of our Dealer Management Software. You will conduct virtual training sessions in English and French and provide onsite training for new installations, ensuring smooth software implementation and strong customer success.

Ideal candidates have automotive sales experience, are bilingual, and ready to travel across North America (approx. two weeks per month).

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, writing).
• 1-2 years' experience in a car dealership environment, with a focus in Sales.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month; valid passport and driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of PBS software and training processes.
• Independently manage and deliver all assigned training sessions.
• Provide both virtual and onsite training for the Sales module.

The Role

As a DTO Bilingual Trainer – Sales, you will deliver expert training and support to new and existing customers in the Sales module of our Dealer Management Software. You will primarily conduct virtual training sessions, in English and French, to guide customers through the software implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition. Additionally, you will provide onsite training for new software installations in person. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, fostering continuous learning, and promoting collaboration and process improvement to maximize customer success with our software.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of PBS software and related training processes
• Gain proficiency in data entry and other key operational tasks
• Independently manage and deliver all assigned training sessions within primary silo
• Become an install resource without assistance
• Prioritize tasks independently and demonstrate accountability without requiring direction
• Ensure that assigned DTO Cornerstone tickets are handled in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service by effectively navigating and demonstrating the PBS DMS system, while maintaining positive, solutions-focused relationships to ensure customer needs are met or exceeded
• Respond promptly to internal and external training requests
• Write up tickets that arise and elevate issues to the corresponding teams
• Stay up-to-date and understand process documentation as departmental processes evolve
• Share knowledge across silos and contribute to team learning and development
• Take the initiative to expand product knowledge and participate in cross-training opportunities if possible
• Support a collaborative and positive team environment
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

MUST HAVE Skills

• Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, writing)
• 1-2 years' experience in a car dealership environment, with a focus in Sales
• Strong computer skills are required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools is essential!
• Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month; valid passport, U.S. visa (if applicable), and full driver's license are required
